This quick recipe is perfect for aromatherapy when you are feeling nauseous from eating something that doesn’t settle well and morning sickness.
When I was pregnant, ginger and lemon were amazing helpers for me. So of course I made sure to add those in there too.
Simply combine all your essential oils in your bottle, then fill it the rest of the way with your carrier oil.
Apply to chest, neck, bottoms on feet, and spine, or simply inhale straight from the bottle as needed
