Here is a simple and delicious chocolate bark that's filled with an immunity boosting mushroom blend, goji berries, raspberries, and raw cacao nibs.
I used super high quality dark chocolate to up the antioxidant factor!
Add your chocolate to a double boiler and heat, melting the chocolate. Add your maple syrup, whisking until combined. Next add your mushroom blend and whisk again.
Pour onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and spread about 1/4 inch thick. Scatter your goji berries, raspberries, and raw cacao nibs.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm, break into pieces, and enjoy! Keep in your refrigerator so it wont melt!
