Rosehips is an amazing for the skin. Its actually the seed of a wild rose and can also be ingested as it has tons of vitamin c.
You can buy rosehips oil already made, but I figured why not make my own given how easy it is!
I use this oil in my Rosehips Moisturizing Balm with great success
Warm your rosehips and olive oil together over low heat for 3-4 hours. Do not let it boil.
Let it steep overnight or about 12 hours.
Using a fine sieve, nutbag, or cheesecloth, strain your mixutre, discarding the used rosehips. Store in a jar. You can apply directly to skin, or use in balms and/or with other essential oils.
