Here is a great recipe for breakfast and/or a mid-day snack. I used store bought coconut yogurt, made a big batch of Burcha (which is just a mixture of seeds), and topped with some mango puree and bee pollen.
This can't be easier to make, and extremely customizable
Add your coconut yogurt to your bowl, sprinkle with remaining ingredients! That's it!
Bee pollen is a super food that is so easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Its full of vitamin B, minerals, and antioxidants. It's also said to help alleviate allergies, so try and find local to you bee pollen. Bee pollen is also said to increase stamina and libido, so make it a daily occurrence why don't ya!
Simply combine all of your ingredients in a bowl. Add to a large jar and keep in the refrigerator to prolong shelf life.
Sprinkle Burcha on salads, shakes, yogurt, smoothie bowls, or soak some overnight and eat like a cereal!
