Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that has been used for thousands of years for its thyroid and immunity support.
It has also been linked to the reduction of anxiety and depression. Its a great stress reliever in that it helps your body "adapt" and stabilize when cortisol levels
are risen due to stress.
Ashwagandha also has great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
