Here is a simple and delicious way to get all those super powders into your daily diet. I created a chocolate milk style drink that I can drink in the morning, but usually drink it in the afternoon for a pick me up when I am feeling that 3 pm slump.
Combine maple syrup and super powders in a cup. I use a hand held powered whisk to mix the powders and maple syrup together to form a paste. Then add your milk and whisk vigorously together until well combine. Drink up!
